Video Filter

Hi

I have video studio 10 and was wondering how you use the video filter for an effect on a video clip, I did this on ulead video studio 9 and I am sure I did it on 10 but can't rember how to get it.

When I click on the list of options like, video, image, audio, etc it doesn't say video filter.

Could someone please tell me how to get video filter?

Sounds like the Video Filter option has disappeared, as it has for some others.
