Product install issues

I am having an install issue with Cool Edit Production Studio. The product installed fine, but the presets did not install. They are in the program preset directory but they are not available in the program Is there a way I can link them or do I have to reinstall the program.

You have to download the rest of the software from

Yes I have. Will a reinstall fix this problem? Or at least a reinstall of the componates?

For Cool 3D PS, you should have the following files to install, and I've always installed in the following order:

c3ds1_esd.exe (Main Program File)
C3DS1_Materials.exe
C3DS1_Preset1_E.exe
C3DS1_Preset2_E.exe
C3DS1_Preset3_E.exe
C3DS1_Model_Sample.exe
C3DS1_ESD_Help_E.exe

Installing those files in that order I've never experienced any problems with it. Please remember to disable your antivirus, screensavers. etc., when installing.

What version of Cool 3D PS do these files load with? Version 1.0 &/or 1.01?

I'm now confused. I just purchased Cool 3D PS v 1.0.1 with ESD download. It installed fine but as mentioned by the other posters that the Easy Palette grapics are missing. Shouldn't the new software v 1.0.1 be inclusive and ready to go. If I need additional software shouldn't there be some mentioning of that in the email download instructions? I uninstalled it for now and used the trial version to get an emergency project completed. If the trial version downloads and works why wouldn't the purchased version? I would appreciate anyone shinnig the light into my little world here! Thanks in advance!

As to why they don't mention that in the download email, your guess is as good as mine...

Regarding not including it all in one download, all I can think of that is logical is to reduce the size for those in the world still suffering through dial-up.
