Can't center the menu text, and can't have more than three titles on any root menu page.

I would never have answered your post because the question about the 3 menu templates has been asked dozens of times. Yes, the content of the trial is extremely crippled.
The full version has other templates of course, including other buttons and other layouts for less/more thumbnails/chapters.
