I have just purchased VS10 Plus and captured some analogue footage from a VHS tape source. I have created 3 menu points and then gone to Share | Create disc. When I try to get to the next stage I get the message. "Cannot create menu".
I have no idea why this occurs. What am I doing wrong?
Please help!

Have you a downloaded version of VS10? If so, have you downloaded all the necessary files? Some of the stuff associated with menus is in the accompanying content file.
Also be aware that you have in fact followed the correct procedure to have the chapter points (what you call 'menu points') you inserted recognised by the burning module i.e you jumped straight from the timeline to the burning module. But while this works for some people, others experience difficulties. We normally recommend they finish their editing and first go to Share > Create Video File > DVD to create a DVD-compatible mpeg-2. Then close the project, and go to Share > Create Disc > DVD to open the burning module. Insert the new mpeg-2, build your menu and burn. However, there is no point in inserting chapter points during the editing phase unless you have applied the update service pack. Otherwise, VS10 won't recognise them and you have to insert them during the menu-building phase of the burning process.
