Copy & Paste not working

Post by Carrot »

Hi,

I habe a slight problem with Studio 10. If a add a title to my timeline and then want to copy and paste it to elsewhere on the line, the "paste" doen't work, if I right-click it simply says I can choose a file from my computer. Is this normal, or how can I change it?

No, you can't copy and then paste directly in the timeline. You have to go up to the library pane and paste there. Then drag that clip to the timeline.

This would be very, very nice and productive if you were able to. I'll add again that during Beta, this was requested, but they decided not to employ it. It has also been added to the wishlist for a future version, perhaps VS11 Plus, Minus, Divide or Multiply, whatever moniker they choose :)
