UL Explorer 8 doesn't show non-English folders! ...eLPPPP

I am about to go crazy, seriously.

My UL Explorer 8:

- Worked on XP Pro English
- Worked on XP Pro in Turkish mode (XP MUI)
- Worked on 2000 Pro English
- Worked on 2000 Pro Turkish install

BUT it doesn't work in Windows 2000 Pro Turkish mode. This is an authentic Windows 2000 Pro English that I installed the Turkish MUI (Multi Language Files). Every other program works, including Windows Explorer. But when I try to open the folders in ULead, it won't show the pictures inside folders that have non-English characters.

I do not know what to do. I diddled with all the localization and regional settings.
