ASUS Mobile Theater - function problem

Can anybody help me with this? or pass this email to an appropriate forum? or point me to tech support?

I have "ASUS Mobile Theater" software for watching DVD movies, pre-installed on my ASUS laptop. The "about" screen says "ASUS Mobile Theater, Ulead Systems, 3.0.0.6, 200507192132".

For MOST movies, I am unable to turn OFF the subtitles. There have been a FEW instances in which the "subtitle" button on the toolbar functioned to turn off the subtitles for a particular movie, but for most movies the subtitles are stuck "on".

How can I make them be OFF?
