Now that I've made an iso image file of my video, how do I use it? There is nothing in the documentation about how to use that file to burn a DVD without re-rendering the whole project.
How do I take that iso file and burn my DVD?
How to use iso image file?

You can use that file to burn DVDs. Although it is not playable itself except by specialised software it is actually an image of what will go on the DVD.
You can use the program included with VS to do it by going to where you VS entries are in the programs section of Windows ie. Start / Programs / Video Studio and select "VCD DVD Disk Image recorder" and use that or you can use Nero if you have it or any other DVD burning software.
