Hi Folks,
I had been using the Trial software, it expired, and I purchased the Movie Factory 5 (NOT Plus) package. I then received information with a license key but no activation key. I then installed the Movie Factory 5 (Full/TBYB) package and it looks like it works but always reinstalls the TBYB version of the software with the 30 day clock activated. How do I get the full program installed and activated?
Thanks for any help you folks can give me!
Jeff

Since you are still installing the TBYB version, that's all you will get. You need to download the full version from your vendor provided link, remove the TBYB before you install the full version. You might find that the full version download only needs the license key you were given to properly install and run.

Try doing a complete un-install/re-install. Ulead programs leave a lot of files behind. So just doing a simple add/remove programs from the control panel and then re-installing may not correct some issues. Instructions can be found here : Re-installation of Ulead Products
