Crashing problems vs10+

my vs10+ keeps crashing, i dont get any errors, it justs freezes for a second and closes on its own. i'm fully patch to sp2, so i dont think thats the problem, i tried doing some of the things on the forums, like changing the virtual mem, but it still crashes, anyone know the deal? It crashes when i am working, just when i am moving things around, or right after i add some new pictures, ect. also tried turning off internet,disableling antivirus.

i think i figured it out, i read somewhere in the forums about mp3 and the problems its causing, so i deleted the music file, and havent had a crash since then. Before i was crashing every 2 minutes after i opened up vs.
