I got ulead videoStudio 10 for trial from download and didnt work for install it. message show

Seems to me that you need to download it again, from Ulead's site. That is where you got it right? This does happen, where the file gets corrupted in the download process. You can try using a download manager, such as Getright, to increase the success of getting a good file.
