directx error with version 5 install

When I try and run the demo install for version 5 I get an error saying that directx is not installed. But directx is installed. The dxdiag utility says version 9.0c and does not report any errors.

Also version 4.0 works fine on the same machine.

Operating system not supported by Ulead (Win2k3 Server).

Is that new for 5.0? 4.0 worked in 2k3 server without any problems for me.

Also it should say that during the install not direct x not installed.

Bummer...another potential buyer unable to check out demo version.
