I think the OP was done through a rather bad on-line translation program. But reading between the lines, I think he (she?) is saying they cannot get the mpeg-4 process in VS10 to produce an mpeg-4 file which is readable in Play Station. They have first to produce a file in another format such as mpeg-2 and then process it in the mpeg-4 plug-in in VS9, which does work...

Having said that, I have no idea of a possible solution. But it would be helpful if the poster could give us the properties of the original file and tell us how it was captured/produced and edited. And also something about his (her?) computer and operating system.

For generating MPEG-4 for Sony PSP, you need to copy the following files to the PSP machine to make it work:

1. The MP4 file generated by VS.
2. The THM file generated by VS (actually it's just a thumbnail JPG file renamed as THM).

Without the THM file, PSP cannot play the MPEG-4 file from VS. It's the requirement of PSP so please remember to copy the THM file.
