Mirror Effect?

I was wondering if Video Studio 9 or Video Studio 10 had an effect where i could mirror the video. i'm trying to make an effect of someone driving a car and when i mirror it, it will look like there driving on the other side of the road...do you know what i mean? I'm just wondering if either of these latest versions has this effect.

After installation a thumbnail is placed in the Video Filter library.

Drag to the video clip and choose ¡¥Customise Filter¡¦

Try the ¡¥Flip¡¦ option.
