burn on d/l media

Does anyone burn there final mpeg2 projects on dual layer media for less compression or stick to the normal disks?

Yes. I did it with my last project and it turned out pretty well. I used Memorex DVD+R DL and at 24,99$ Can for a 25 pack and it was worth it. (no compression).

how large was your project that you needed to burn a mpeg on DL without compression?
