Trying to register videostudio 8

Hi, I'm trying to register my copy of VideoStudio 8 but the form says my serial number has already been registered. I tried contacting tech support but you can only get support for products you've already registered so... I'm here!

Is there anything I can do? Who should I contact? Thanks in advance guys

Where did you obtain your version of VS8?

It was bundled with a firewire card, would that make a difference?

Bundled software is termed a "SE" version (Special Edition) and so is regarded as a freebie - similar to those found on the cover of a computer magazine.

Unfortunately you will not be able to register a bundled version.

Yes it does, your version is an SE version. The hardware vendor/manufacturer, is the "licensed" owner. Some free versions, like the VE, are able to be registered, however I believe that you are not able to register an SE version.
