Missing Help Files

I have a downloaded copy of V10. When I click the ? or F1, I get an error message that the Help File isn't available. Any idea how I can fix this?

I followed the link on the website for the download of VS10 Plus, and this only gave the option of one file - uvs10_tbyb_(e). I can't find any other link for the content mentioned in the help pages.

First - have you downloaded the FULL (paid for) version of V10+ - or have you downloaded the free 'try before you buy' version - because the later does not have an in-built help file

When you downloaded your copy of VS10 did you only download the one programme file (around 250Mb) - have you also downloaded the 'Extra Content' (smart download) which if I remember correctly was around another 400 Mb in total.

I've only got the trial version - so that explains why I can't find the help files! I could only find one file to download by FTP, so I haven't got any of the other content either.

But with a bit of trial and error and the PDF help, I've been able to do enough to see that I need to buy the full version anyway. It will do everything I need, and a lot more besides.
