Templates missing in Smart Compositor Template Pack

I purchased the Smart Compositor Template pack but when attempting to use the templates I get a file not found error message even though the template thumb appears in the template list. I have tracked down the problem to many missing .mpg, jpg etc files. These files have links to personal directories some computer or just not available where the path links. I have searched my local drives and these fiels do not exist. Any idea on how to get these files so that I can use the templates? Any help would be appreciated.

First downloaded the free demo version and saw that I was interested in it so bought and downlaoded the $49+ .exe template version (order linked to MediaStudioPro8_SCDTP_3in1.exe) from Ulead (actually Element 5) and executed it. As stated the thums are there, the .dvp files are there with the associated .uct file but the .dvp has links back to development machines. I was able to find a couple missing .mpg files in a media 8 directory and got one template working but the other links were to files on some other machine (like a "F" drive which I don't even have)

I gave up trying to explain this to ulead and sent them detailed instructions of the workflow I adopted with the intention of creating a tutorial for these smart compositions.

For ONE of my posts relating to this issue, though I have posted a few others in particular this one which was at the time promising but still we didn't get it fixed.

Steve, thanks for the post links. After reading them, I called Ulead TS and now waiting for their reply since they could not answer while on the phone.

That would be one expensive phone call if you waited for them to answer that. I think it has been about a year since it was first posed to Ulead by Steve, and still no answer..
