Themes Don't Display

Post by babino »

Installed PS4 on two different pc's to verify issue and both experience same problem.

Themes don't display under right pane. Shouldn't there at least be a couple themes to choose from in software? Nothing shows up under any of the drop down menu items in the themes pane and the default, flowers theme, remains without option to change menu items (except for background and music).

I've installed the latest patch and am wondering what the problem could be. Win XP SP2 on both pc's, 1 with IE7 other with IE6.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi,

Download and install the DPS4_Content_Patch.exe from:
ftp://ftp.ulead.com.tw/pub/Updates/dps4 ... _Patch.exe
That usually corrects the problem.

I did install the update on both pc's and the issue still remains. Thanks for any help you can offer. One thing to note is the missing index.smp file that I saw could cause the issue from a previous thread. The content directories do not have this file.

Thanks.

FWIW, I've uninstalled twice reinstalled, removed all Ulead references from the hard drive and registry and still have the same problem on two computers. Win XP SP2 (IE 6 and IE7 respectively).

Hi,

I just sent you a PM with a link for the manual fix.

I misspoke regarding the patch. I thought the Content patch was the same as the 5 in 1 patch from the Ulead site. The content patch DID resolve the issue. Sorry for the confusion. I appreciate your help.

Happy Holidays.

I had the exact same problem. I downloaded the patch referenced in this thread, and that fixed the problem :)
