Improper project size

Hi,

I want to make a DVD from an avi file. The avi attributes is the following:
video: 720x576, PICVideo M-JPEG 3, 24bits
audio: 16bit, stereo, PCM, 48kHz

The project setting in the Moviefactory 3 is the following:
MPEG files
24 Bits, 720 x 576, 25 fps
(DVD-PAL), 4:3
Video data rate: Variable (Max. 4600 kbps)
Audio data rate: 224 kbps
MPEG audio layer 2, 48 KHz, Stereo

When I start the output button, the MF3 will convert the file to 7000 kbps instead of 4600 kbps.
I don't understand why!

I have made a test with an another avi with the following attributes:
video: 352x576, PICVideo M-JPEG 3, 24bits
audio: 16bit, stereo, PCM, 48kHz

The MF3 project setting was the same as above and the MF3 has converted the avi to the 4600 kbps!

I think there is a bug in MF3

Have you applied all the updates and patches of DVD MovieFactory??

Yes, DVD MovieFactory 3.0 Update Pack (Build ID: 300P01, Release Date: 2004/06/03)
and DVD MovieFactory 3.0 DL Support Pack were applied.
