In previous versions we had the SmartDownload to install the templates & images. I don't see that now. When I drag a template to the work area it tells me that I may need to download & install content packs. I've looked all over the Ulead support pages. I've used the PI AutoUpdate (which tells me that I have everything and no update is needed). When I choose to Browse for the content, it tells me it is looking for PRJP0003.UFP (for one of the templates I want to use). Searching my system doesn't come up with it. I received PIv12 as a download rather than CD and I don't seem to find any file that I missed downloading.
OK-- I'm editing this after posting it. As it ALWAYS happens, I've just figured out more information. It seems that when I downloaded the core v12 software from the Element5 email, there were about 14 other links to download the extra pieces and I missed downloading them within the time period that the links were valid. QUESTION- any ideas on how to go about getting valid links for the pieces that I haven't yet downloaded?
Ideas oh great gurus?
