Has EasyPallette Populated Correctly?

Hi Guys

I've just bought C3DPS and then downloaded the content to populate the EasyPallette.

All sections seem fine except nothing appears in the section called movies. Is this correct or has something failed to download or open correctly?? If that's the case, which preset should I download again??

Open C3DPS and clicks on the Component Downloads button on the Standard toolbar, you will see a Download dialog to show up. It will have the information to let you download all the components including the EasyPalette movie contents.

Thanks for the reply. I've actually completed all the downloads but nothing appears in section called movies and I'm not sure what to do to find out if movies should be there. Any suggestions?

The only component file not listed in the Download dialog is C3DS1_ESD_Components_E.exe. I think you need to contact Element 5 to ask for redownloading the product. For more information, check the Ordering FAQ on Ulead website:
