Hi,
Completely new to video editing, etc, and have only been using Video Studio (trial version) for a few days. However, I've successfuly transferred several files from my PVR to PC, clipped the sections I want to keep and produced a DVD.... so far so good... but I have two questions.
1) Replay (using my JVC DVD player through my TV) is okay but occasionally seems to be a little choppy.... not bad and still watchable. Is there a setting I maybe need to adjust to counteract this?
2) When the DVD reaches the end it restarts from the beginning.... it doesn't go back to the menu, simply restarts as if I'd pressed 'play' from the main menu.
Any help greatly appreciated
Thanks
Dave

Hi
Question 2 easy
When in the burner module, select the cogwheel for project settings. (middle icon lower left)
Notice the ¡¥Navigation Controls¡¦ these default to ¡¥Auto Repeat¡¦
De-select this option.
Back to Menu will return to menu after playing any video clip.
¡¥Continue to play next clip¡¦ will play all to end then return to menu.
Question 1 hard
First read the recommended procedure at the top of this forum.
And my quick guides from the link below.
We need to know a little about the workflow you used and the properties of the video file.
A assume you started with Mpeg 2 files.
Try to keep the settings the same through-out the editing.
In fact what were the properties of the original video clips.?
