I saw in another dvd (higher ground) a neat feature. The had a video loop about 30 sec. going inside the menu screen. They still had a background picture and the menu buttons. Is this something that can be done here. If so how would I do it? Thanks for any and all help everyone.

I have difficulty imaging how you had a still image and a video in the background unless you are talking about a picture in picture or a split screen effect.
If so then simply prepare your background video - plus the still image(s) in VideoStudio Editor and save it as a short video file. You then use that prepared video as your motion background.
