You are talking in riddles, what exactly have you done? SMP files are PI gallery files, they can't be opened. You import them into the Easy Palette. Right click on an Easy Palette category where you want your smp file to be added and left click on "Load", find your file and select it, thats all. The contents of your gallery file are now listed in the EP for future use.

To remove the action of opening with a program from the SMP extension, In Windows Explorer, Tools>Folder Options then click on the File Types Tab. After it has populated, scroll down and find the SMP extension, single-click to highlight it. Then click on the Advanced button. You should see a window that has Actions, such as open. Highlight open, then click Remove.
