V10 Crashes often

Post by lackofunds »

I started out with V8 then upgraded to V9 and now V10 Plus, all purchased through Ulead. V8 and V9 worked just fine but V10 Plus crashes every time I use it.

I see other people having the same problem, so I am just creating a new topic with the appropriate subject line to see the number of entries it gets.

I have reported my problem to Ulead support and am in a wait and see mode right now.

LackofMoney...my old computer was relatively stable with UVS10plus, but with my new computer 945 chip Pentium 3.4 GHz it is relatively unstable. So, I deduce it has to do with software and or hardware conflicts with my new computer. I have to do short video projects and save them, before my program crashes...so I have learned to live with it...until some thing better comes along. For other people, UVS10plus is stable..so it just depends on the computer configuerations

I would add, be sure to update your video card drivers to the latest and greatest - its amazing how new computers get shipped with old drivers but it happens all the time.
