I'm using VideoStudio 10 PLUS.
I need to know where is the option where we can automatically remove the ADVERTISEMENTS from the program.

I presume you wish to remove advertisements from a video - I do not know of any advertisements in the programme.
It is part of the "Multi-Trim Video" function within VideoStudio.
Import your video to the timeline - make sure you are under the 'Edit' tab at the top of the screen. - click on the video to select it.
Just above the right hand end of the timeline you will see an icon - "Multi-Trim Video" - click on that.
In the new window which opens the "AD-Zapper" icon is about halfway down the left side of the window - click on it and wait while the blue line moves across.
