You have to use a third party program like Nero or the Roxio Easy Media Creator suite. In Nero, you use the 'Burn DVD-Video Files' command. When Burning ROM opens, point it to the drive on which your Video_TS folder is located. Then drag just the Video_TS folder to the pane in the left of the screen. Don't worry about an Audio_TS folder as one is automatically inserted. Select a burning speed (low) and a name ('Label') if you want, then burn. For a single layer DVD burning at 4x, this will take a little under 15 minutes.

I also got this problem over Christmas though I have burnt to my discs (Verbatim DVD-R 16x) quite OK before using Ulead products . I get your error code. I also get DVDR-DAO-SPLT-2A-02-030C-00 if I create a .ISO file first and then try to use the ULead utility VCD DVD Disc Image Recorder to write the file (also worked OK before). I am using a Sony DW-Q30A.

HOWEVER - when I downloaded the free utility ISO Burner from www.lsoft.net it burnt a .iso file OK with the same burner and discs. Don't know if that helps you or not but at least it got around my problem for now. I will log mine to Ulead though.

Hmm I've since noticed my drive is not in the Ulead compatability list. Maybe I last wrote using a burner that was on my previous computer system. Still the ISO Burner from lsoft may work for you.
