Hello,
Thinking about getting Cool 3D.

Can I create effects where video clips are playing in windows that are moving and rotating in space?
Same effect but with jpg or gif images?

Can I create transition effects?

Not sure what you are asking about transitions, but that sounds more like a job for a video editor, so no.
