Unable to Register Product

I had received ULead DVD Movie Factory 4SE CD alongwith ASUS DVD-RW. While registering your product I am getting "Product already registered" Kindly guide me through this process

Obviously, someone along the supply chain decided to register your copy of the program. Where did you buy the drive? Take it back there and request a new disk.

Where did you purchase it from?
If the product has already been registered by someone else you have been ripped off.
