BUG REPORT for PI Tasks

This is exactly what I mean and what I have always said about Ulead. They will IGNORE and hope people will get tired of asking the same question.

Ulead has never even had the courtesy of admitting something exists or that even to come in here and say "Yes, we confirm this BUG or as they would like to call it, an error".

Will Corel be different - I doubt it but I'll have to wait and see won't I !!

Thanks Nick and MaryLou for the confirmation that it exists in V12 as well. And yes, whether a document or coding a program line numbers are essential for flowing a task.

Now, if anyone knows what programing language is used to produce the TSK I could attempt to fix it myself. This truly is a no-brainer because it is probably the write which is failing to capture the info.

And, do you remember the one where you can't name an object with something that starts with a Captital C. These are only 2 small bugs/errors. You want certified testers? Call me. I'm even willing to travel to Taiwan.

Let's see, how long had this been?
Is anyone at Ulead and NOW Corel even bothering.

Will you ever even bother to get your heads out of the sand and have the decency to reply.

I hate to repeat myself JC but you are barking up the wrong tree, we are NOT Ulead.

If you care to read the heading of the forum page you are in, it reads, among other things, "*Ulead Support is not obliged to answer in this forum.

Heinz, I realise Ulead is not obliged to reply and I am sure you will also realise I am not asking the Moderators - I'm sure you will have answered, had you known the answer.

The point is, this IS A ULEAD BOARD, NO MATTER WHICH WAY YOU LOOK AT IT.

They have a responsibility to the customer and I am not about to let it go. Of course, someone make take a decision to shut me up yet again by closing another thread but that will not stop me from getting from Ulead what I paid for - a fully working product.

Of course, another decision to ban my IP might be taken as well.

Heinz, my beef is not with you or the other moderators, including Mr Chien. It is with Ulead - the ones that HIDE behind the internet. Maybe a class-action suit in California would be more to their liking.

Or Ottawa, since I understand that's where the new owners are located.
