How can I preset the print preview to be how I prefer it to be. Actually if I could set up my preference I could bypass the preveiw most times, since 90% of the time it presets items I do not want.
I hate that it always wants to paste a title on the picture I wish to print. This I never want, all it is is the name of the jpg, and it ruins the picture.
This title is the first item in the print preview under Settings. If I don't go into print preview to remove it, it automatically sticks it onto the printed object.

Firstly, you don't even tell us the version you are using, not that it matters in this particular case. AFAIK, there is no possibility to set preferences for the print module in PI.
Having said that, I also do not miss one either because I never print straight from PI. I always create a high resolution bitmap or jepeg and print that from my Canon printer driver.
