I im using ulead video studio 10.
Everything works fine but during video capturing of my family video i also want to capture images from that video,but when i do that images are blurry and not that clear.I don't know why.
Could anyone help me?

Well, I just tried it. The image captured looks crisp and clean. Do you have any movement in the image you are capturing? If yes, what you are seeing is probably motion blurr which you don't notice when the video is running. With movement, none of the individual frames of your video are crisp, your video woud look odd if they were.
What are your preference settings, File > Preferences (F6 does the same) >Capture tab? I have "Capture still image save format" as Bitmap and the option "Image capture deinterlaced" ticked.

My preference settings are same as above. Yes I think that¡¦s the problem because I am trying to capture the image in movement and that¡¦s why I cannot get clear pictures. I am also using USB cable to connect my digital video camera and computer instead of i Link.
