VS file not playing audio good in WMP, but ok in PowerDVD

Post by webcombo »

I created a video file using Ulead VideoStudio10 and went to go play it back using WMP, along with BSPlayer, and both times, the audio was like it was jumpy. But when I opened it up in PowerDVD that came with my PC, the audio was perfect. This is a video that I am going to be burning to a DVD, with menus and chapters, and will be duplicating 61 of them. So I really need to make sure all aspects are perfect. The files come from 2 seperate DVD's that I had to import into Ulead, and then created a videofile, using the mpeg format like I always do. Also, when I play back the video in the preview window in Ulead, the audio file sounds jumpy with little pop like sounds in it. This is with this video, along with another project I am working on that is tranfers of 8mm tapes, through my MiniDV camcorder, and into the PC. Is there any help for me on this?? Is this a bug? Do other people have this problem? I have never had audio issues up until this week (a very important week cause everybody wants theirs before Christmas!!)

Thanks in advance to anybody that can help me out!!!

Burn the project to a DVD folder on your HDD rather than a DVD disk or to an ISO file. The DVD folder can be played with WINDVD or any other software DVD player. You can also burn it to a DVD RW disk and try it on your set top player. If it turns out ok, you can make multiple copies of the ISO or DVD folder without having to author it again.

Maybe you can try the VS 10 Service Pack:
