Please can you anyone help. I have version Videostudio version 5.0 and a Belkin firewire card. I am trying to connect my Samsung VP D85i. I am getting no joy can anyone help

Version 5 is now so old that very few people even remember what it looked like let alone how to fault find with it.

Please upgrade to Version 8 - you are entitled to the reduced price upgrade available here :-
