Join/Separate Video Option Not Available

Post by Canelita »

I was wondering in my Movie Factory 5 there is a option named
join/separate video
but is not available.
am i missing something? an option to make it available
i have a bunch of avi files. that i would like to join. How can i make it possible to join.
If i can't do it with MF5 then i have to get another program to join those avi files...

Any suggestions

Thanks Again

Download the trial version of VS 10+ and give it a go. After you joined all the avi files on the time line, create a new video file out of these pieces, preferably in mpeg2 if you want ot go DVD. Then load this file into MF5, make your menu and burn it to DVD folder, ISO image or straight to disk.

With your video clips in the timeline/storyboard, select 2 or more clips that you want to join. Then the Join/Separate video button is activated. To multi-select, click on the first one, hold the Shift key down and select the next ones. The Shift +Select method selects contiguous clips. You can also use the Control + Select to select random clips, clips that are not adjacent to each other.
