Good Morning!
I have just joined and have installed my very first webcam. All seems fine with the install however I am not sure if I need to install all of the CD. Perhaps someone can tell if I need to or not. I did notice that my setting are not that good when viewing my own picture so maybe I do need to install the rest.
My other question is about Registration my product. It would seem I don't have this serial number anywhere in the box the webcam came in. The only thing I found was this white sticker that had on it "DR" no other numbers or letters.
When I try and Register and come to where you enter the serial number I can not go any further. Looking at the info about this that says you can register without the serial number I can not do this period.
I noticed in the help section for this it says you can find this, Serial Number, under the "Help" tab of the toolbar. I don't have a tool bar that tells me anything like this.
So I am at a stand still as to what to do next. Should I install the whole CD? Would this give me all the functions and toolbars I need to work with?
A lot of questions I know but any help would be great. I hope to hear from anyone soon. Thanks in advance.....

Are you sure you are using Ulead PhotoExplorer??
When it starts, what version does it show on the welcome screen??
Maybe you need to contact the manufacturer of the webcam for your problems.

I think you should contact the seller of the webcam for the problem....
Or contact TeleMAX directly.
Hope this helps.

I appreciate this very much.......a big 10-4..............
So I decided to get brave about all this and put in the CD-Rom and installed the Ulead Photo Explorer 8.0. Low and behold it all worked well and I was redirected to the registration page with my serial number........Go figure....
My girlfriend had a good laugh at me with saying "You drive a Frieghtliner Classic all over the USA and Canada but your timid about this"!
I reminded her that all big rigs today are computerized and I don't like this either. When it gets very cold out there all my sensors start to go off and you would think the truck is going to blow up on you. Darn computerized trucks, they should have never let this happen. Oh well such is today's world, right?
Thank you once again and have a good evening.........
