How to use Photo express with a Xp restriction session ?

Bonjour,

I use Photo express on a Pc witch is with Xp Pro SP2 on a domain windows 2003 server.

The user have not the administrator permission on the pc.

How to configure the pc to use PHoto express unless administrator persission ?
