i have installed and re installed the above software and everytime i go to use it it starts to load and error message says it has recovered from a serious error.

my pc is p4 1.7mhz 512 ram and 18 gig of free hard drive
any possible solutions would be greatly appreciated oh yes this software was bundled with a samsung mini dv
video studio v7 se crashes

I don't have the solution to your problem but I did want to encourage you to call Ulead Tech Support. It doesn't cost anything except for the cost of the long distance call. One of my first exposures to video editing was Video Studio 7 which came bundled with a piece of hardware I bought. When I first started using it, there were some things I didn't understand and others with which I had difficulty. I called them and found them to be very helpful. Good luck.
