Issue burning MPEG2 video file when adding menus

Using VS10 2.0 GHZ Pentium 4 512MB.......I am having an issue burning my MPEG2 video file on a DVD when I try to design a DVD menu. I get a message "Convert Step Has Some problems". When I try without the menu added I have no problems, succesful burn. Is there a tutorial that will walk you through the steps of how to use the menu tools?
