Cannot install Pi 11 on WinXP 64bit or Win2003 32bit

...it is not possible to start the installation. After 1-2 seconds the installer exists automatically.

Any ideas? I do not have any chance to get (view) an error message...

This sounds like DEP (Data Execution Prevention) at work. To disable DEP, for the installer read the following thread...
