Using my laptop, I get the following message when tring to import AC3 files into DVDWS.
Some files can not be imported properly (1302:1:787)
or
File format mismatch (16803:1:3)
They import just fine on my desk top computer.
Please help.

Are you using DVD Workshop Version 1 - if so you need to install a plug in
(if it is still available) plus there is also an update patch for that plug in.

Have you tried converting them to WAV and importing them that way? I seem to recollect someone else with problems of this nature. What format/bitrate are your AC-3? I think 5.1 files can be imported only as part of video and not stand-alone (according to vague recollections from the distant past!)
