Custom Profile in VS7

I'm using VideoStudio 7 and I cannot create a custom profile for my videos. I go to File > Make Movie Manager > Select my custom template and click Edit... > Click the Profile Tab > Click Customized. But when all I get is a drop down menu of profiles instead of getting the dialog box that would allow me create my own custom profile. That custom profile dialog box used to come up, but it does not and I don't know where or how to get to it and create a custom profile.
