resampling quality - best/better/good - have read tutorials

I HAVE read the tutorials - just am not clear whether the Preferences/Edit/Resampling Quality comments apply just to still images or to video as well. I think it reads as if stills only and the searches I have done of this forum for this subject all seem to be referring to stills but grateful for clarification. thanks

Yes it refers only to the stills.
