After I capture and burn to DVD I am getting a video flicker or artifacts.
The flicker or artifacts are not through out the video. I have not seen this problem since we update workshop 2.22. I am capturing native DV and having Ulead convert during the burn process. Anyone has any suggestions seen this before please post.

What type of flicker?
What are your DVD/Project Attributes? video bitrate, resolution, CBR or VBR, etc...
Do you edit the DV .avi at all? If so, what editing package, and what type of video do you output from the editing package?
Where do you see the flicker? on computer screen? or after burning to disc, and viewing with DVD Player and TV?

yes i had the same problem
Not only did I had flickering, but the playback had skipping,video and audio, jumping during the still images motion. after the 2.23 update I only have some jumping with the still image motions... but it is a lot better now. Still I went back to Ulead's DWS 1 to do my slide show encoding onto the dvd. I hope ulead is working on this problem. javascript:emoticon(':x')
