Ulead site access problems

Is anyone experiencing problems accessing the Ulead site. I am trying to purchase a download upgrade to the latest version of Ulead VideoStudio. I can get to the page that asks for the serial number of my old version. I input the correct number (and format) then submit. I get an Internet Explorer display saying that it can¡¦t access the page.

Could this be a case of system overload. I wonder since I can get into the purchase process a few pages only to be stymied.

Hi Jim,

At various times Ulead's site is slower then a snail. The only thing you can do is keep trying until you find it running closer to normal.

The site slow issue will be fixed in the near future I think.
