Does anybody know if I can set up the cleaning of DMF_TEMP folder (especially the Convert subfolder), or should I do it manualy. Or maybe I need to keep these files for some reason.

not needed
if you are done with your project, these files are no longer needed, and you could get rid of them to free up space. They would come in handy if you made a slight change to your project. Some of the prior encoding could be re-used.
