Random Transitions DOES NOT WORK with large # of pictures

Did anyone notice that random transitions do not work with large number of pictures. I.E. over some 200 pictures the transition is the same for batches of 20-30 images and then changes to another one for another batch of 20-30 images. Is there a fix for this or is there a way to re randomize transitions without doing manually?

Largest I've done is 150 without error.
