Snowy Transition?

Working on a clip for my school and would like to find a "snowy" transition. Anyone know of one?

I don't know of a transition but you may be able to split up your video clip into segments and apply a filter or combination of filters to achieve the effect.

One question from the link posted above.
I don't have "Photo Impact" and not sure what they mean by dragging from the EasyPalette. Can I use something from Paint Shop Pro? And if so how would I import it from PSP to VS9?

Yes you can use Paint shop Pro or another image editor to create the masks.
The PhotoImpact EasyPallette is simply a thumbnail library of images.
If you had PhotoImpact you would have found a large collection of ready made images that you could have chosen from.

You save the image that you create with your favourite image editor
(Paint Shop Pro, PhotoShop, PhotoImpact etc) to your hard drive.
Then simply follow the instructions given on the Ulead Website tutorial mentioned earlier.

I will download the trial of it at work and see what I think. Too big to download at home with my dial up.

I have Paint Shop Pro 7 (old version) and could use an updated photo program.
