Version 9 patches?

I uninstalled VideoStudio V9 and reinstalled it. Then I visited the page with the patches and installed them but I must not be installing the proper patches because version 9 still looks like it did pre-patch and I installed a Hauupauge capture card and that's not working after I installed that patch either.

Could somebody send me the link of the proper patches? Maybe I'm going to a wrong page and installing older patches or something. When I had version 9 and Hauupauge before the patches worked fine. Now the videostudio can't detect anything and I keep getting errors.

There appears to be two VS 9 Hauppauge patches, one for the SE version
Use the patch for the correct version.

I only used the main patch Ulead VideoStudio 9 Update Pack (Release Date: 2005/08/12 )
I think its this one that changes the colour of the start screen.
